EULA

This End User License Agreement is a legal and binding agreement between user and Lectric Panda LLC, for the use of the Lectric Panda plugins with your audio software and computers.

Liability

By insta lling this software you agree to use it at your own risk. The developer cannot be held responsible for any damages caused as a result of its use. Software is provided to You "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.

License Keys

Purchased License keys are non-transferable. You are licensed to install and use the software on any computer you need to use it on, providing you remove it prior to selling the computer. Purchased Keys that are shared with or found in public media will be revoked. Keys that are refunded or experience a charge-back will be revoked.

Trial Mode

Software without a License key will operate in a limited mode. This includes, but is not limited to, periodic disabling of features, silence, inability to save, or full disable after a period of use. Purchasing a License key will remove all limitations.

Distribution

You are not permitted to distribute the software without permission from Lectric Panda LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, the distribution with magazines or software review websites. No license is granted to redistribute the software as part of another software program, including video games, DAWs, etc.

Copyright

Lectric Panda LLC owns the software and all trade secrets, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights therein.

Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel and return a purchased license within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day after completion of the Transaction. License keys that are refunded will be revoked.

Privacy Policy

Data Collection

Lectric Panda LLC audio plugins do not collection information, usage statistics, make network connections, or transmit data. Lectric Panda LLC uses a 3rd party payment processor for License Keys with their own terms and privacy policy. No user data is stored on Lectric Panda LLC servers.
